Apart from the early start which is quite understandable , yesterday was the most enjoyable day i have ever spent in hospital, and this was number 8 operation, from the moment i arrived the staff from cleaner ,orderlies, nurses,, etc were at the top of their profession, well done to them , i cannot rate them any higher THANKS

Care and attention were fine as was check in procedure. However, waiting area very overcrowded and extremely noisy (not helped by a nurse from another department passing through who stopped to talk quite loudly to a patient and then other nurses, about 10-15 minutes overall;!!!) making I difficult to hear name of patients being called for their appointments. Clinic running over 50 minutes late which was unfortunate and one supposes difficult to estimate time to allow for each appointment.
